First batch

We cook, freeze and deliver. You and your vet stay in charge of your pet's medication and care, not needing to worry about the food.

Good to know

Minimum order

Each batch is at least 7–10 kg, so you'll need freezer space. We'll send your quote after the assessment.

Vet approval

Required for every custom formula.

Mobilization fee

A non-refundable fee covers formulation. Changing an ongoing diet needs a new mobilization fee.

Formulas are made for your pet and aren't shared as recipes.

Questions

Can the food heal my pet?

We can't promise that, and no food can. Your vet diagnoses and treats your pet. We cook meals that follow your vet's treatment plan. If your pet is unwell, please see your vet first.

Who formulates the diets?

Chef Giannina Gonzalez, our founder, a chef turned pet nutritionist trained in small animal clinical nutrition and canine and feline nutrition.

Do I need to buy supplements?

The core nutrients are already in the food. Add other supplements only if your vet recommends them.

Isn't it expensive?

It can cost more upfront, but you're not buying separate supplements on top. Our custom diets are made from scratch and are costed based on the ingredients and supplements necessary.
